Productivity Tools
What I love about Acuity Scheduling:Acuity allows for multiple calendars, users and availability as well as functionality for accepting payments for appointments. It is a robust scheduling system for a reasonable price point and is a great option whether you are just starting out or scaling with a team.
Asana is one of the most popular project management tools for small and large teams. It has a simple interface that allows for viewing projects as lists, calendars, or boards. Manage projects, milestones, documents and more. You can also sort plans by projects, assignees, due dates and custom fields. Create templates for SOPs and projects that you rinse and repeat!
Forget about tasks and communications getting lost in endless email threads or Voxer channels. Slack organizes team communication in channels by topic, direct messages and integrates with a variety of other softwares that allow for automations that will help streamline your communications.

MARKETING TOOLS
Active Campaign is a budget-friendly option that still allows for quite robust email marketing and automations. SMS marketing, lead scoring, tagging and segmentation make it a great choice for coaches who are just starting out but want a system that can grow with them.
ClickFunnels is one of the easiest funnel builders to design in without coding or web design experience. It integrates with most all other systems either natively or via Zapier and allows you to more quickly and easily create landing pages to capture more leads or sales.
ConvertKit is another budget-friendly email marketing option for coaches who are just starting out. Their visual automation builder helps make automations easier to map out and it also has a variety of tagging and segmentation features.
Utilizing countdown timers on landing pages and in email help to create urgency in both live and evergreen launches. Deadline Funnel lets you create visual timers that you can embed in websites and landing pages as well as expiring links for email campaigns.
COURSE PORTALS
MemberVault is a budget-friendly learning management system. Organize offers, courses and encourage upsells inside of MemberVault. Their interface is user friendly and their customer support and community are amazingly supportive. It is currently more limited than content management systems like Kajabi but they are developing new integrations quickly.
Kajabi is one of the most popular all-in-one marketing systems. Most well known and used for its course management, you can create funnels, process payments and deliver content in a streamlined way – not to mention it’s got email marketing automations and an affiliate center at their higher tier. Kajabi helps to consolidate systems into a one-stop shop for your marketing.
Hello Audio is fairly new on the software scene and allows you to deliver content via private audio streams to clients, team and prospects. The process to convert your videos to audio as well as converting your audio into feeds is quick and simple and provides a way for listeners to consume your content on the go! Hello Audio is partnering with other softwares to create integrations that will streamline the delivery even further.
ALL-IN-ONES
Kajabi is one of the most popular all-in-one marketing systems. Most well known and used for its course management, you can create funnels, process payments and deliver content in a streamlined way – not to mention it’s got email marketing automations and an affiliate center at their higher tier. Kajabi helps to consolidate systems into a one-stop shop for your marketing.

They’ve been around for a long time and are constantly upgrading their features.
