FAQ’s
Do I need to have a team first before we work together?
A team is not required before we work together though typically my clients have at least one other team member like a VA who handles the implementation on their team.
Yes. I’ve worked with a multitude of clients in different niches or stages of their business to help them outline what strategies could work best for their audience. If you’re not clear on what you want to implement, that’s exactly one of the things we can spend time on during our 90 minute kickoff call.
Does putting systems in place mean I am going to have to spend more money?
Please note that when I refer to systems, I’m not just talking about software and technology. I’m talking about integratin all of the resources of your business so that they are all working together in harmony to create better efficiency in both time and money. So quite often, implementing or integrating new ‘systems’ actually saves you money because things are operating at a higher level with less inefficiencies (which cost time AND money.)
Why do we work together for three months?
Because it takes time for the systems and strategies we put in place together to start working. And three months allows us time to see what is working and course correct what is not.
So do you do the actual implementation?
No, I do not implement the strategies or systems directly into your business. Most often my clients have a virtual assistant or another implementer on their team who does the doing. What I do is create the specific frameworks for the implementation to happen and guide the efficiency and success by leveraging my expertise in project management, team development and systems.
What do we discuss on the Clarity Call?
The Clarity Call is designed for me to learn about what challenges you are facing in your business so that I can be certain that the support I provide can help you. On the call we can both get a feel for each others’ energies and see if it feels like a good fit to collaborate together to uplevel your business.
